Bordanoost Lodge may also be booked on a bed and breakfast basis during periods of May and September.
The well-appointed accommodation comprises a fully fitted kitchen, a separate heated sun lounge, which
also doubles as a breakfast room, a cosy lounge with log burning fire and three twin bedrooms, all
en-suite with either a large shower room or a bath with shower. The Lodge sits in an expansive walled
garden, on the edge of a pebble beach, where abundant birdlife, otters and seals can regularly be seen.
Unst has a good range of amenities. Baltasound, the main settlement, is just two miles from here and
there is excellent walking, cycling, fishing on the island as well as a rich and diverse history to
explore. Self Catering is offered all year from £695-£1695 per week. B&B is available in May and
September at £55 per person per night. There is free Wifi. Please note, this is a non-smoking house.

Rocklea Retreat, Out Skerries, Shetland, ZE2 9AR. We are Kia and Paul,
the owners of Rocklea Retreat and are delighted to be continuing the history of this former
crofthouse as a warm and welcoming place to stay.
The entrance to Rocklea is via our shared porch and is situated on the first floor.
There is a dedicated and private guest area comprising of two bedrooms: MIO (twin) and HEVDA (king).
We also have a guest TV lounge overlooking the harbour and a fresh and updated fully equipped kitchenette.
The shower and toilet are situated directly across the hall. All rooms have beautiful sea views looking
West over Stringa Voe. Free WiFi available. A simple continental breakfast is included with your booking.
Dinner is available at £15 per head and all menus are arranged in advance of your stay (vegetarian/vegan
