Lagarie Garden Cottage, Rhu, Near Helensburgh. This charming, traditional detached cottage sits within the Lagarie Estate in the conservation village of Rhu near Helensburgh on the north shore of the Firth of Clyde, just 26 miles from Glasgow. The former wash house to Lagarie House, it retains the large central chimney which was a feature of this type of building. The accommodation comprises a modern and well equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, a large lounge with a feature fireplace with woodburning stove and French doors leading to a conservatory, a cosy play room with a twin bedroom off it, a bright double bedroom with French doors out to a seating area in the garden, and an upstairs seating area and two further bedrooms, one of them en-suite.
