The well appointed accommodation sleeps four, with a ground floor en-suite double bedroom and a twin room with its own bathroom upstairs. A bed settee in the lounge can accommodate additional guests, if required. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a full range of time-saving appliances which leads into a comfortable and spacious living area with large picture window, lounge seating, digital TV, DVD and hi-fi. The Cottage lets at £695 per week, Saturday to Saturday, or at £125 per night, with a minimum stay of three nights in the summer, or two nights throughout the winter. A terrace of three traditional red sandstone cottages, Seawinds Holiday Cottages comprise Spindrift with 2 bedrooms and Seawinds and Springtide each with 3. Spindrift and Springtide have open-plan living areas, whilst Seawinds has a separate kitchen and a living/dining room. Spindrift has two twin bedrooms, whilst the 3 bedroom properties each have one double and two twins, the double in Springtide benefitting from an en-suite shower room. Waverley, Whiting Bay, Near Lamlash, Isle of Arran. Waverley is a charming detached house which sleeps up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. It sits in a wonderful location on the pictureque east coast of Arran overlooking Whiting Bay, just 5 miles from Lamlash. The well appointed accommodation comprises a large open-plan living space with a compact kitchen area with a mezzanine level above, a double height dining room and a spacious sitting room which opens into a conservatory. There is a downstairs single bedroom plus two first floor bedrooms which sit either end of a mezzanine landing; one is a double, the other a super-king with en-suite shower room. There is a family bathroom upstairs, plus a separate WC downstairs. A utility room, which houses the laundry facilities and has handy space for drying clothes and outdoor gear, completes the internal space. Outside there is private parking and a seating area which overlooks a pretty garden to the sea shore beyond. From £595-£995 per week including provision of all bed linen, towels, WiFi, the first £20 of electricity and £30 of heating oil.
